Just want to warn folks that this stamp is very large, probably 4x6, so please be prepared for that!

Driving Directions:

This box is located in the Blue Hills Reservation in Milton, MA. the reservation spans many towns, but probably it would be easiest to reach this box from the parking lots by the Trailside Museum on 138. You can get there from 95/128 and take the 138/Milton exit. Go straight through thye intersection at the lights, and the parking lots will be on your right. Stop in the Trailside Museum and buy a trail map for $2, you will need it.

Clues:

From the trail map find your way to Five Corners or #1141. Once there you want to take the Wolcott trail heading towards Houghtons Pond. The first right off of the trail will have a sign towards Houghtons Pond. DO NOT take this trail, on the map it is called Houghton Path. You do want the next right, I don't believe this trail has a name. You will know you are on the right path when you see a side trail on the right leading to many rock piles. Continue straight, shortly after this you will come to a three-trunked oak on the left of the path. 25 steps (I am rather on the short side) further up the path there will be a thin dead tree running alongside the left side of the trail. Further east off the trail you will see another dead tree, this one looked to me like twisted ribbons. Go to the side of this tree further from the trail and you will see a hollow cavern a few yards further off trail is a stump with another downed tree. Go to the off trail side, and towards the top nestled under the tree will be a pile of logs, look under for "Firelight." Please be careful to rehide and cover the box well, this box has not been rehidden well on numerous times when I went to check on it, so please REHIDE WELL! Enjoy and Happy hunting!
