I-35, exit east on 2nd street/hwy 66. 3 miles to brown "Arcadia Lake Project Office." Park in front of building. Follow trail towards outlook. Just before you get to the outlook, you'll see the largest cedar tree to your left (east). Facing that tree, you'll see a smaller cedar to the left of the larger one. Look under it's sheltering branches.
PLEASE PLEASE Don't let anyone see you. Be discreet and hide better that how you found it in the same place.
